ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
Can I check-in early or check-out late?
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the availability of the property on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with one of our booking agents.
How can I secure my preferred booking date?
Every guest who wants to make a reservation has to make a minimum deposit of 500 AED to confirm the reservation. The deposit can only be paid through bank transfer. The rest of the amount shall be transferred 3 business days prior to arrival at the property.
Do I need to pay a security deposit upon arriving at the property?
A refundable accommodation and damage deposit of 500 AED will be required at the time of check-in and will be returned after the check-out process.
I damaged something at the property during my stay, what should I do?
If you found a defective equipment in any part of the property on arrival, please inform the management to avoid any misunderstandings. If damages are caused by the guest, the guest complies to compensate the amount of damages made.
